Living here is like living at
a resort. The grounds are
beautiful and so well
maintained. Every staff
member that I have encountered
has been very friendly,
responsive and helpful. It is
ideally located with
everything you could want
within minutes but once on the
property the peaceful
surroundings make you forget
the hustle and bustle.

I just moved in today and I
have not felt this at ease in
a very long time. It feels
like you live in paradise. It
sooooo peaceful.

I just moved in a few weeks
ago and so far it is a great
place to live and everyone in
the office is very helpful and
took care of the minor
maintence issues that I had
immediately.

It is quiet. Pretty and all
over a lovely place to live. I
love the 24 hr fitness center,
since i work late. Every one
is super friendly that works
here.

The apartments are beautiful
and well taken care of, but
the staff is what sets this
place apart. Diane, Gilma and
the team consistently go above
and beyond to solve any issue
and make it a place you take
pride in saying I live at The
Parkway at Hunter's Creek
going on 7 years now, I can't
believe it's been that long!

live here because of the
amenities and the nice
apartments.

It is a very quite and calm
area. Even though I read a
lot of reviews in regards to
the parking area, i have not
had any issues yet. The team
had a welcome sign and basket
for me when I arrived which is
a really nice experience
especially at an apartment
complex.

It's very nice to live here.
The only thing I think they
should have is numbered
parking spaces and a area for
guest parking. Eventually on
weekends we have issues to
find parking spots and it's
not nice to have people that
don't even live here to use
the parking spots in front of
our apartment.

The staff is very welcoming
and always willing to assist.
Faciliities is quick to
respond and efficient. The
property is well maintained.
I have lived her since
November of 2006 and I will
continue to refer future
neighbors.
